About the Solid Waste Program

NEWMOA's solid waste program focuses on issues of interest to state programs that have responsibility for various solid waste issues, generally those that fall under Subtitle D of RCRA. These include municipal solid waste (MSW), construction and demolition waste, commercial waste, industrial solid waste, and agricultural plastic waste, and other waste streams and activities.
